Cancellation & Deposit Policy
To ensure availability and fair scheduling, a deposit is required to confirm all bookings.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time, or failure to attend the pickup, may result in the deposit being non-refundable.
Changes to dates or times are subject to availability and will be accommodated where possible.
This policy allows us to provide a reliable and transparent service while protecting availability for all clients.
