PAYMENT OPTIONS & BOOKING CONFIRMATION

To ensure a fair and reliable service for all clients, we use a confirmation and deposit system for bookings.

Booking Confirmation & Deposits

Once availability is confirmed and you’re happy with the quoted price, a deposit is required to secure your booking.

The deposit:

  • Confirms your reservation

  • Secures availability for your date and time

  • Helps prevent last-minute cancellations and no-shows

The remaining balance (if applicable) is settled according to the agreed payment method.

Secure Card Payment (Recommended)

We provide a secure payment link via Bancard for card payments.

Accepted cards:

  • Visa

  • MasterCard

  • American Express

This is the fastest and easiest way to confirm your booking.

Bank Transfer

We also accept bank transfers for clients who prefer this method:

  • Ueno Bank Transfer – for local clients in Paraguay

  • Revolut Transfer – for international clients

Bank transfer details are provided once availability and pricing are confirmed.

Cryptocurrency

We accept cryptocurrency payments for advance bookings:

  • USDT / USDC

  • SOL or Ethereum network (as specified at booking)

Crypto payments must be confirmed before the journey to secure the booking.

Cash on Arrival

Cash payment on arrival is available by prior arrangement only.

Important notes:

  • PYG (Guaraníes) only

  • USD cash is not accepted

  • A deposit is still required in advance to secure the booking

CANCELLATION & DEPOSIT POLICY

To ensure availability and fair scheduling, a deposit is required to confirm all bookings.

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a deposit refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time, or failure to attend the pickup, may result in the deposit being non-refundable.

  • Changes to dates or times are subject to availability and will be accommodated where possible.

This policy allows us to provide a reliable and fair service while protecting availability for all clients.
